  • What age is best for a tented sleepover party versus an outdoor glamping party?

    We find that the best age for our indoor slumber party tent rentals are 4 years- 13 years, but we do them for adults, too! 

    For outdoor glamping, unless a parent is staying outside, we suggest 8 years or older for outdoor set ups. 

    We love the idea of "late overs" for our clients with younger kiddos!

  • What areas do you service?

    We are based in Fenton Michigan and service the surrounding cities such as Howell, Grand Blanc, Holly, Davisburg, Brighton, South Lyon and Ann Arbor, and many others located within Genesee, Livingston, and Oakland counties. 

  • How big are your tents?

    Our gold star and moon sleepover tents are 54W x 54L x 56H. 

    Our A frame tents measure 38W x 48L x 48H

  • Do you have themes for boys and girls?

    We have themes for everyone and all ages! Check out our to see our current offerings or inquire about a custom theme for an additional fee.

  • When should I request a booking for Practically Perfect Events?

    As soon as you know the date of your party, please book on our website or call/ message us to secure your preferred theme and date. We recommend booking at least one month prior. A $100 deposit will be required after booking to secure your date. 


    The final payment will be due 7 days prior to the party. Please provide us with an estimated number of tents you will require upon booking. We do ask that the final number be given 1 week prior to the party, but additional tents my be added after the final count if availability allows.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept PayPal, Venmo, credit cards (subject to transaction fee) through HoneyBook, bank transfer, or cash. 

  • Are linens washed after every use?

    Practically Perfect’s bed linens and equipment are washed and sanitized after every use. Bed linens are washed with an allergy-free detergent.

  • Are sleeping pillows provided?

    For hygiene reasons sleeping pillows are not provided, we recommend children bring their own to the slumber party as our pillows are intended for decoration only!

  • What is the cancellation Policy?

    Sleepovers: If something happens and you are unable to continue with your booking, we understand things change. Your deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation but may be used to rebook your event pending calendar availability.


    In the event of a cancelled guest after providing final guests counts, refunds will not be given. We can add alternative décor and/or set up the extra tent for a sibling in their room as an alternative.



    Outdoor glamping- if cancellation is due to weather, deposit will be applied to future booking. Should no future spots be available, the deposit will be refunded.



  • How long are the Sleepover Party Rentals for?

    typically 24 hours (overnight), but addtional nights can be added for a fee.

  • When is drop off and set up?

    Set up occurs between the hours of 10:00AM through 3:00 PM and will be based on number of parties and start time of your event. 


    Pick ups occur the next morning between 11:00AM and 1:00PM.

  • Can the children eat in their tents?

    Yes, but please keep in mind that certain items they eat or drink may stain bed linens, should there be an accidental spill. Please only allow water/clear drinks and dry snacks. This is also a great use of our breakfast trays that are included in your rental!

  • How much space do I need for the tents?

    We utilize both twin air mattress and single air mattresses. Our single air mattresses measure 3 feet wide, by 5.5 feet long. Twin mattresses measure 6 feet by 4 feet wide plus any additional width added by the tents. if you are unsure if you have enough room, don’t hesitate to give us a call and/or send some photos/measurements of the room you intend on hosting the slumber party in.

  • Do you have mattresses to accommodate teens and adults?

    Yes, we twin and single air mattresses in addition to some fulls used in our outdoor setups. We recommend twin mattresses for guests 10 and over.

  • What happens if something is damaged while being rented?

    We provide all of our clients with a contract document listing out the charges for any damage while in your possession. Fees for damage must be paid within 14 days.
